Reciba todas las solicitudes de instituciones internacionales, nacionales y regionales a través de su sistema de gestión de correo electrónico y del observatorio. Deberá reunir a su equipo para responder a las invitaciones que sean de su interés (aunque hacerlo no es obligatorio). La Asamblea Internacional

La Asamblea Internacional reúne a todos los ActualiTeams y a la administración de la FICJ. Tiene lugar el primer lunes de cada mes, a las 19:00 hora francesa, por videoconferencia, y brinda la oportunidad de revisar las contribuciones de cada uno de los ActualiTeams, y de promover sinergias de proyectos y encuentros. La Presidencia de la Asamblea Internacional tiene una serie de tareas:

Dear Representative members : You will receive all calls for tender from international, national and regional institutions via your e-mail address. You’ll need to get your team together to respond to the calls that interest you (nothing is compulsory). The aim is to respond to them by carrying out research into existing citizen consultations. You’ll then be able to take part in meetings with teams from all over the world who have taken part in the same calls as you !

Alternatively, your ActualiTeam google account gives you access to the shared diary, where you’ll find key dates for calls for contributions. You’ll also be notified by e-mail.

Post your activity reports or contributions to the projects that interest you on your drive, using your ActualiTeam google account. You can take part in local projects with the embassy service, national projects with the advocacy service and international projects with the diplomatic service.

Below is an example of a report to be handed in at the end of each activity reports or contributions!

The International Assembly

The International Assembly brings together all the ActualiTeams Representative and the IFYC administration. It meets on the first Monday of each month, at 7pm French time, by videoconference, and provides an opportunity to review the contributions of each of the ActualiTeams and to promote project synergies and meetings. The administration can also answer questions from the ActualiTeams during this time of exchange. Each ActualiTeam takes it in turns to act as chair, so one day you’ll have the chance to be part of the chair!

The Chair of the International Assembly has a number of tasks:

• Managing speaking time at the next International Assembly

• He or she can present a project or topic close to his or her heart for a few minutes

• They can attend the project support committees set up by the IFYC administration to support the initiatives of the ActualiTeams during their month in the chair.

Finally, hold your meetings on google meet, using your google account, and record them using your Upmeet tool to have your reports automated and translated into several languages. (login with the ActualiTeam e-mail address). Everyone can follow everyone else’s work to encourage interaction, technology at the service of living together!

The international parliament brings together all ActualiTeams. Each team takes it in turns to hold the presidency. 

Within the international parliament, your role is to respond to calls for contributions from international institutions with which the Federation is associated, and to guide the Federation’s ambassadors in these institutions.
