Issues
We reunite young committed people, all around the world, in order to promote:
- global citizenship
- Consultative democracy
- The participation of the young civil society in the regional, national and international political bodies.
In theory, the more citizens participate in public life, the stronger will be the democracy !
If commitment is low, it feeds a loss of proximity regarding the political, a mistrust and in the end populism and extremes are gaining attention.
These are the symptoms of the democratic crisis we are facing right now.
Therefore, it’s necessary to, on one hand, raise awareness among the young civil society about the different mechanisms of citizens’ participation in public life, and on the other hand, reinforce those mechanisms.
We gather young people committed at the regional, national and international level to train people at active citizenship.
June 2023: introduction of a transpartisan law proposal dealing with the refoundation of civics bonds, participation to the creation of the Young People Regional Council of the Hauts de France with the cabinet of the region presidency and the CESER, creation of the global citizenship training.
February 2023: election as an observer member of the UNESCO 2005 Convention on the protection and the promotion of the diversity of cultural expressions during the intergovernmental committee, approved by 31 Member States. Creation of Tahiti, Conakry and Dubai ActualiTeam.
October 2022: invitation to the General Assembly of International NGO of the European Council.
Birth of the International Federation.
2020-2022 : Production and direction of the student series called « Ta Popularité » on school bullying, which was screened at the UNESCO Festival for young hope movies, at the Kinépolis in Lomme and at multiple events organised by the University of Lille.
January-June 2021: Creation of the Youtube channel « le grand échange », radio debate program with medicine professors from the University of Lille during the Covid crisis.
2020 : Creation of ActualiTeam Lille, a student debate radio program on Radio Campus Lille.
2017-2018 : Creation of a communications team and 3 teams of 7 high school students who take it in turns to debate each week.
April 2016: Creation of ActualiTeam in Arras: first weekly radio show, on radio PFM – high school debate show.
February 2016: Creation of the first debate club on current affairs and social issues, by and for high school students. Today, we need partners who are committed to working alongside us, the young, committed, non-partisan civil society, to promote the effectiveness of the world’s democracies.

We aim to become an associate member of the United Nations by 2023 and an official observer member by 2025.
Thanks to UNESCO, all over the world, we build a real network of young citizens committed to promoting global citizenship.
